Most of my clients reading this will recognize the girl in this post! For those of you who do not know her… meet Andrea… my right-hand woman!!!! Andrea is an integral part of ebs photography. Andrea has lots of responsibilities at the studio but her number one responsibility is helping me stay constantly on top of my game. I know all of you love and expect the great customer service you get from me. Well, Andrea is often the one helping me be able to deliver. As a thank you for her, I offered to photograph her family. I wanted her to have some updated portraits for her home! Here are jsut a few from our session earlier this week.
Meet her little fella who, I assure you, is ALL BOY!!!

Here is her beautiful daughter who you can’t really see that well. LOL!!!

Here is the couple themselves- I really think they are one of the best looking couples!

These are my two most favorite images from their session!

Finally, the kiddos running. This session was at 5:00 in the afternoon and when I got back in my car- the temperature said 100 degrees. It felt more like 110 degrees.. it was so hot. Even the kiddos were dripping by the time we were done!

I blame real estate and my friend Sharon for my slight addiction to Starbucks. When Sharon and I were getting our real-estate licenses (yes, I know that is so random) four years ago, we had to find a way to stay awake for class. The classes would be from 6 until 10 at night and without some caffeine, we could hardly make it through all the exciting information! Sadly, today Starbucks has released its official closing list of stores. two of the three Starbucks closest to my house are closing. I know that this is a sign of the times with so many people and business’ feeling the pinch of the economy. However, we all need our caffeine boost. I plan tomorrow morning to help the economy and Starbucks by starting my day with their coffee!

My very sweet dear clients, the Barnett Family, booked a session with me seven months ago to photograph their second child. As the months went by, Claire contacted me to let me know that the news she was getting from doctors was not good. As of about 10 weeks ago, they discovered that baby Mac would not have long to live and would probably not be born alive. However, as of tonight, his little heart is still beating and his mommy is at Northside Hospital, 36 weeks along, waiting to be induced. The prognosis is that baby Mac will probably not survive long after he is born. I am so honored that they have asked me to be there when Mac arrives to capture his time here with them. I pray it might be days or weeks but I fully realize that it is all in God’s hands. Please pray for this family. Pray for peace, pray that they might enjoy their short time with their son and that it not be overshadowed by sorrow or grief, pray that the doctors show compassion and love, pray that big sister Lydie feels comfort while her mom and dad are away, pray that I remain strong while I am with the family, and most of all pray for baby Mac that he might live and die without pain. If you want to follow along over the next few days then please feel free to go to their blog. Leave them a note and let them know you are praying for them.
