These boys are tops on my list of children I love to photograph. My session last year with them was such a pleasure that I was really excited when the mom called to book again for this year. The boys are not only so darling to look at but their behavior is always tops.

This little fella is the baby of the family. He does not know how lucky he is to have his two big brothers to watch out for him.

Can you get over how handsome they all are? Each in their own unique way!

This mom has to be so proud of all her little guys. I adore her company and hope to get to know her better and better as the years go by!

This is a fun little site to see all the places you have been and how many places there are left for you to go!!!!!! Above is my map of all the places I have visited in the US and below is my sad little map of all the places I have lived in the US. Moral of the story- I need to get out a little more! Too bad gas prices are so high right now. :)

Now go make your own!

Where have you been?

This little baby is very lucky to be born into a family who already has three children (5 and under for all you mom’s who need inspiration). He, for now, is the baby of the crew. This family has lots going on with an upcoming move, a house full of toddler types, and now this new baby. However, it was a priority to this mom to have baby number four photographed and I was so honored to be the one to photograph him. I am looking forward to meeting the rest of the crew in the future but for our session, we kept it pretty quiet with just mom and baby W.

Try to guess how old this itty bitty one is? Believe it or not, he is already three months and just about 7 pounds. He came a wee bit early- well okay, a lot early, arriving three months too soon. He had plans and he did not have time to waste cooking inside mommy. As a mom to a preemie myself, I know it is a scary experience to go through when your little one arrives a little too soon!  My Shipley was six weeks early but he was born at 5 pounds. Little A. was born 12 weeks early and topped the scales at a little over two pounds. That is a very tiny baby. I wish I could have seen him that teeny tiny. This family was so lovely and mom and I instantly connected. It is obvious that the past three months have brought mom and dad even closer to one another and how passionately they adore this little miracle of theirs.

This family is really special to me. They became clients of mine four years ago when my business was just taking off. They have seen me through a pregnancy, an adoption and then I was able to see them through the birth of their sweet baby number two. The baby (who is by no means a baby anymore) looks so much like her big sister! The oldest daughter is growing into such a beautiful young lady and I really cannot believe she will be in First Grade next year. Today she said something to me that was very meaningful, “Miss Elizabeth, you always make getting my picture made so much fun.” Really? I do? What a huge compliment from a little one who knows what it is like to be on the other side of my camera. I have felt blessed by that sweet comment all day. So, thanks big girl for making my day a little brighter!

This little guy celebrated a big number one birthday this weekend! He was a happy fella when I met him in the park on Friday morning. He brought his parents, his aunt and his grandparents along to show off his many expressions and his very happy faces. I especially love the few “birthday naked” images we took of him since that moment of innocence is so fleeting.
